How to Raise a Complaint With Us

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Claycleared Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page describes how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Claycleared Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. What you share helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Claycleared Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@claycleared.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
